Concerns about your student
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education. Should we have any serious concerns regarding your student’s academic progress or general well-being, we will contact you. Please note that instructors and academic advisors will not respond to parent inquiries about a student's progress, per our FERPA related policies. Should you have any concerns about your child's well-being, in any regard, please contact Student Services (617-627-2000) to be connected to the most appropriate dean in Undergraduate Education or Student Affairs.
